How We Work

We know that when we are successful in our work, it has a positive impact on the person we’re coaching, their employees their families and their communities. We want to be part of those positive changes.

We also want to enjoy what we do so we choose to work with open and interesting people that care about others and are determined to make the business and personal changes that will make life better.

Getting Started

Getting started is easy and straightforward:

  1. Email us at and let us know a few days and times when you are available to discuss your issues. We’ll confirm the best time for us to have an initial phone call or . . .
  2. Call us to discuss your issues at 678.777.8024. If we’re available when you call, we will be delighted to talk with you and decide on next steps. If we’re not available when you call, please leave a message and we’ll call you back the same day.

If, during our initial call, we both decide that we may want to work together, we’ll schedule a personal meeting to discuss your issues in more detail and to give us an opportunity to know each other better.

Both the initial phone call and the first personal meeting are at no fee or obligation to you.

If you decide to engage us, we will develop a written agreement that states our scope of work, mutual expectations, coaching plan and fees.


Fees are set according to the complexity of the engagement, the number and frequency of meetings, the time frame within which you want the issues to be resolved and other factors that will be fully discussed with you prior to finalizing our engagement agreement. Our hourly fees are in the $250 range.
